For our first blog post we’d like to give you a little introduction to our brand.
We’re somewhat the perfectionists here at JÜST. But we’ve always had a love for the exceptional AND the unique. The premium AND the distinctive.
It’s not hard to be perfect. It’s much more of a challenge to be perfectly extraordinary!
Quality and curiosity were the driving forces behind our recipe for JÜST Dill Gin. It had to be a world-class gin and it had to have a quintessentially Swedish twist.
That’s why we began to experiment with dill. Widely known as the king of all herbs in Sweden.
But dill is a delicate and fickle herb and it took us many months to realise that dill only gave us the flavour we were looking for, if picked at exactly the right time. Giving us a very small window of opportunity!
But it was worth it. We didn’t just settle for a good gin, or even a great gin. We didn’t stop experimenting until we crafted a perfectly extraordinary Swedish gin.
Some may say we’re meticulous, stubborn, perfectionists…and we’d agree! Not too little, not too much, just right. Lagom as we say in Sweden.
After all, we don’t just…we JÜST!
